Brains behind some of the accredited comical sitcoms, Trey Parker and Matt Stone have joined hands along Avenue Q co-creator Robert Lopez to write this incredible piece. Daily shows of the musical will be hosted at the Prince of Wales Theatre between Monday and Saturday at 19:30 and matinees on Wednesday and Saturday at 14:30.

The Book of Mormon transports audiences to a trip to countryside in Uganda. It is the story of two Mormon missionaries Price and Cunningham to educate the mass there about The Book of Mormon. But people there have many serious issues like famine, AIDS, poverty and war to address, rather than embracing teachings of the book. Creators have impeccably created a hilarious plot featuring their struggle that bursts audiences to laughter all the while they watch the show.

The musical features songs like Spooky Mormon Hell Dream, I Am Africa, Baptize Me, All American Prophet and Tomorrow Is A Latter Day and is suitable for audiences of all genres. The role of Elder Price will be played by Gavin Creel while Elder Cunningham will be portrayed by Jared Gertner. Both of them are currently featuring as leads in the Los Angeles production of the show running at the Pantages Theatre.

Jarred Gertner makes its West End debut with The Book of Mormon while Gavin Creel’s West End credit includes his portrayal of Claude in Hair at the Gielgud Theatre and that of Bert in Marry Poppins at the Prince Edward Theatre. Gartner’s stage credit includes his role in the Spelling Bee at the Circle in the Square Theatre and in Ordinary Days at the Roundabout Theatre.
